In 2006, Jueqi Machinery was born in Xuzhou, the "capital of construction machinery in China". However, due to the large number of orders and the need to continuously expand production capacity, Suzhou Jueqi Machinery Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd. was established and built a garden style factory in 2018. Since its inception, Rising has been committed to the design, research and development, and manufacturing of mining machinery and engineering machinery products. It mainly develops and produces a full series of buckets for excavators, loaders, and other earth and rock machinery equipment, as well as various specialized accessories for special purposes such as quick connectors, tilting buckets, wood grabbers, scarifiers, extension arms, rock arms, hydraulic left swing buckets, chain wheel buckets, etc. The company currently has a production site of 20619 square meters and more than 100 sets of various mechanical processing equipment.

For many years, Jueqi has reasonably configured the production equipment of the factory based on the characteristics of the series of buckets it produces. It has various advanced domestic bucket processing equipment, which can fully meet the requirements of product manufacturing in all aspects.

The raw materials used in production are strictly operated in accordance with the factory's quality assurance system, from selecting suppliers to selecting and transporting them. When raw materials enter the factory, the first step is to conduct a comprehensive inspection of the material, specifications, external defects, surface points, and rust of the incoming materials through inspection methods such as appearance inspection, size inspection, and characteristic inspection. Professional steel surface hardness testing equipment is used to inspect each incoming material, ensuring the internal quality of the Jueqi  products from the source.
 

In the product production process, the inspection process of first piece inspection, patrol inspection, and last piece inspection is carried out to optimize the combination of operators, machinery and equipment, raw materials, process methods, measurement methods, and work site layout, achieving stable production process and ensuring product quality. Strictly control the standards and requirements for welding quality, pre evaluate the operation plan before welding, inspect the welding results during the process, and use welding flaw detection instruments to inspect each weld seam after completion, striving for perfect process.
 

Finished product inspection is the most important link in quality control. After the product is produced, it inspects the product's function, appearance, welding results, structure, size, coating quality, packaging, and packaging materials to ensure the perfect and excellent final product. The accessories configured for the product, such as bucket teeth, are all from the world's top brand ESCO and China's top brands Diamond, Zhejiang East, etc. The high-end configuration aims to create China's top brand excavator and the highest quality accessory manufacturer in China.
